By typing in their personal credentials supplied by the organizers, all invited exhibitors and buyers will have access to the online platform to input their detailed profile.
What makes the Expo Matching Program such a successful system is that it can perform searches – and therefore request meetings – both from buyers’ and exhibitors’ end.
By selecting their micro-categories of interest and based on profiling criteria, both will have the opportunity to view a list of recommended meetings structured both by product and by market.
Exhibitors and buyers will have the chance to plan their meetings at the fair in advance, thus optimizing the time they will spend at the event. The system also creates a clearly organized appointment agenda.
