The aim of the Strategic Policy Committee of MEAT-TECH 2018 is to organise an event capable of meeting the needs of the meat and fish processing and marketing industry.

The working group outlines strategies of the exhibition, shares promotional actions and countries on which to concentrate the show’s promotional efforts. 

The committee also plans events and new exhibition sections capable of attracting the attention of Italian and international buyers. This includes the important themes of the refrigeration chain and innovative equipment, which are clearly of interest to both industry and retail.
