The Smart Factory Flexible Packaging from Aetna Group and Goglio revolutionises packaging with a compact and efficient integrated system. It comprises a vertical Form, Fill and Seal for flexible bags, a wraparound packer, a palletiser with wrapping machine and an LGV system for autonomous handling. Its strengths: extreme compactness, optimum ergonomics, intuitive user-friendliness, one-man operation, centralised control and minimal footprint.
The state-of-the-art GStar by Goglio will produce 250g coffee packages using "recycle ready" mono-material. The asynchronous bags handling technology allows to reach a production speed of 200 bags per minute and to produce packages of up to 1kg.

The Aetna Group's secondary and end-of-line packaging solution for the Smart Factory Flexible Packaging by Ipack Ima consists of Wrap Around 20 from Sotemapack, a case packer for flexible products, capable of processing up to 20 strokes/minute; Palwrapp from Robopac, a compact palletiser with integrated wrapping machine, which guarantees maximum efficiency and minimum footprint; and finally, Auriga, an automatic laser-guided vehicle from OCME for handling pallets in the plant.

In the Smart Factory, Goglio brings GStar, the cutting-edge solution for powdered and whole bean coffee. Capable of operating in both vacuum and soft pack modes, GStar achieves a production speed of up to 200 packages per minute, covering formats from 250g to 1kg. Specifically, at the fair, GStar will package coffee in 250g vacuum bags using monomaterial laminates. Thanks to its asynchronous bag handling technology, the line delivers decisive advantages in terms of speed, compactness, cost reduction, and minimizing production downtime. Thanks to the possibility of integration with the Fres-co System®+, GStar is able to connect the type of material in use to the best configuration of the line.
