Innovative solutions and high added-value materials: this is the core of the IPACK-Mat project, active since 2018 but seeing an important evolution in 2022, transforming it from a special area of the exhibition into a real brand. Suppliers of innovative materials present at IPACK-IMA now have an additional point of reference, which plays the role of an accelerator of ideas and projects for the reference community, made up in particular of marketing teams who are constantly on the lookout for new product ideas, where packaging plays an increasingly central role. For the first time at the show, IPACK-IMA Lab: a special area offering an in-depth look at FCMs compliance standards. Collaboration with the Italian Packaging Institute will focus on research laboratories, certification institutes and centres specialised in compliance standards, to provide further in-depth analysis, encourage networking and identify new interlocutors available to exhibitors with a keen interest in innovation.
