Foreign citizens who have been cured for more than 6 months, come from countries where the green pass discipline does not apply and have been immunised with non-recognised vaccines, can enter events, hotels, restaurants and in general all contexts where the green pass is usually compulsory. For them, it will be enough to show a negative swab test result that gives access to the basic green pass. This is what the Government has decided in the recent measures summarised, for the health part, on the website of the Ministry of Health, in particular in the Decree Law of 4th February 2022 n.5.
